Payments
Information on fees for students commencing or continuing part-time studies in the 2025/2026 academic year
According to UJK Rector’s Regulation No. 76/2025, the tuition fee is payable in 8 instalments on the following dates:
| to 15 October | for the payment period from 1 October to 31 October |
| to 15 November | for the payment period from 1 November to 30 November |
| to 15 December | for the payment period from 1 December to 31 December |
| to 15 January | for the payment period from 1 January to 31 January |
| to 15 March | for the payment period from 1 March to 31 March |
| to 15 April | for the payment period from 1 April to 30 April |
| to 15 May | for the payment period from 1 May to 31 May |
| to 15 June | for the payment period from 1 June to 30 June |
Where the first teaching classes in the winter semester of the first year of study on a given field of study take place after 15 October, the student shall pay the fee for the first payment period by 15 November.

Administration
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
- Second-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
National Security
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
- Second-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
Economics
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
- Second-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
Finance and Accounting
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
- Second-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
Applied Criminology
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 750 = PLN 6,000
Criminology and Forensic Science
- Second-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 750 = PLN 6,000
Logistics
- First-cycle studies – 8 instalments x PLN 625 = PLN 5,000
Law
- Uniform Master’s Studies – 8 instalments of PLN 750 = PLN 6,000
International Relations

Management

Students continuing their studies in the 2025/2026 academic year shall pay tuition fees according to the applicable regulations on fees, as they stood in the year of their admission, published on the website of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce
The amount of fees charged to foreign nationals undertaking full-time higher education studies in the 2025/2026 academic year
Fields of study: Administration, National Security, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Logistics, Political Science, Law, International Relations, Management – tuition fee per semester: PLN 3,000; per year: PLN 6,000
Field of study: Applied Criminology – tuition fee per semester: PLN 3,250; per year: PLN 6,500
Field of study: Criminology and Forensic Science – tuition fee per semester: PLN 3,500; per year: PLN 7,000
Payment deadlines:
- by 1 October for the winter semester
- by 28 February for the summer semester
The date on which the payment is deemed to have been made is the date on which the funds are credited to the student’s individual bank account, accessible after logging into the online student administration system.
In the event of late payments, the student is served with a demand for immediate payment. The University has the right to charge statutory interest for late payment on outstanding debts.
If fees for educational services are not paid by the specified deadline, the student may be removed from the register of students.
If a student withdraws from his/her studies, this must be reported immediately in writing to the University’s Dean’s Office. Tuition fees are charged up to the date on which the written notice of withdrawal is submitted!
Invoices for educational services are issued at the student’s request, provided this request is made within 3 months from the date on which the tuition fees were paid.
